1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how RolRunr, LLC (“RolRunr,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you access or use the RolRunr website, mobile application, platform, and related services as a Runr.

By applying to become a Runr, creating an account, or otherwise using the RolRunr platform as a Runr, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected from Runrs through RolRunr’s website, mobile application, platform, communications, support channels, onboarding process, screening process, and related services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to customers except as specifically described in a separate Customer Privacy Policy.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you apply, onboard, create an account, perform services, or contact support, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

When the app is active and location permissions are enabled, location-related data may be collected more broadly for job assignment and platform operations. When the app is not running and the relevant technology is not active, that location collection may not occur.

RolRunr does not sell Runr personal information.

6.1 With Customers

However, no website, mobile app, system, network, or electronic storage method is completely secure. As a result, RolRunr cannot guarantee absolute security.

RolRunr’s Runr platform is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to register as Runrs.

The platform may interact with or include third-party websites, maps, tools, payment services, verification services, or software. RolRunr is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies.

13. Communications

RolRunr may send you transactional, operational, account-related, legal, support, and service communications by email, phone, text message, push notification, or in-app message, subject to applicable law.

- payout and account notices;

14. Do Not Sell

RolRunr does not sell Runr personal information.

RolRunr may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we may post the updated version through the website, app, or other electronic means and revise the Effective Date above.

Your continued use of the platform after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
