How it Works

RolRunr connects customers who need everyday help with Runrs ready to complete local service requests. Customers request the service, Runrs choose the jobs they want, and the work is completed through the RolRunr app.

For Customers:
Customers begin by accessing the RolRunr app and selecting the service they need. Each request allows for clear details so the job can be completed accurately and efficiently.

Once approved you can begin:
• Viewing available service requests

• Choosing the jobs you want to accept

• Completing services on your own schedule


Start Earning:
Step 1: Download the RolRunr app from the Apple App Store or Google Play

Step 2: Create an account and complete the registration process

Step 3: Select the service types you want to perform

Step 4: Submit your information for approval

Throughout the process, customers can track progress and communicate as needed to ensure expectations are met.

For Runrs:
Runrs use the RolRunr app to view available service requests in their area. Each request includes the information needed to make an informed decision before accepting.

Runrs have full control to:
• Choose which services they want to perform
• Accept only the jobs they are comfortable with
• Complete services based on the customer’s request

Once a job is accepted, the Runr completes the service and updates the status within the app.
