How it Works

RolRunr is designed to make everyday tasks simple, efficient, and accessible. Whether you need help getting something done or want to earn by completing tasks, the process is straightforward for both customers and Runrs.

For Customers:
Customers begin by accessing the RolRunr app and selecting the service they need. Each request allows for clear details so the job can be completed accurately and efficiently.

Once submitted:
- The request is made available to nearby Runrs
- A Runr reviews the request and chooses to accept it
- The customer is connected with the selected Runr
- The service is completed based on the details provided

Throughout the process, customers can track progress and communicate as needed to ensure expectations are met.

For Runrs:
Runrs use the RolRunr app to view available service requests in their area. Each request includes the information needed to make an informed decision before accepting.

Runrs have full control to:
- Choose which services they want to perform
- Accept only the jobs they are comfortable with
- Complete services based on the customer’s request

Once a job is accepted, the Runr completes the service and updates the status within the app.
